new life style?

Alrighty, no more clubs or spending large amount of money at bars.
from today on, i will host wine gatherings and pot lucks at my place.
I didnt move in yet but im stocking up on my supplies =)

Racism?

It just ruined my night!!! it was my first time experiencing direct racism. Its about 4am right now and I couldnt sleep because I keep thinking about how messed up that white boy was. I must say I am proud of myself for walking it off. I am not getting down on his level. Well at least now I learned why 'hak gways" are so bitter. I know I always act so asian, I dont like diversity and I dont like going out to bars/club where there are ONLY white people...And this is why!!! I knew they didnt like us!!


on a lighter note:

friday was fun! we went to iron cactus for some drinks. This is the exact type of bar i want to go to.

so for the past weekend.....

I dont think I need to type out what we all did in Austin. Our pictures are worth a 1000 words!

• arrived in austin and mai had boston market for lunch ready for us. How sweet of you *muahs*
• shopping around the domain was so much fun. who knew shopping would be so fun with just the stamp rejects?
• We went to Kyoto for happy hour. How did we know we will be the last 'cut off'? because it always happens to us!!!
• We went back to Michaels house, after a while we left and meet up with chung.
• We got ready at Mais house and headed to 6 street.
• After 3 bars...........Tina was laying on fours on the street again.
• We babysit for a while...tried to get in Pure..I got rejected.
• Correct me if Im wrong because I dont remember the bars we went to?

• We went to the lambda house to take a piss at the nasty bathroom. I do not want to talk about it.....

So here is the 'official' plan for Kaylas birthday.

Since there are so much people we want to invite, mainly friends that helped us so much when we were struggling with the pregnancy and gifts for Kayla....Our guestlist is up to 40 people right now. I am sure more than half of these people wont show up. But we still wont have enough room in the apartment. Ive decided that we will have a LAUI THEMED POOL PARTY!!
Now lets just hope it doesnt RAIN!! I will keep a close eye on the weather if anything happens we can move the party.

I requested no gifts from the guest again because i feel bad. We are the only one with kids right now and it feels like im milking my friends for toddler supplies haha. For Kaylas 1st birthday, we did the same thing but instead of gifts..people gave us $100 checks!!! And this is right after the wedding! So generous!

We are planning to have it on Aug. 18 from 4-7pm


When everybody leaves we can karaoke!

We just got another loan so we can move in August.... Moving on up to the 6 digit loan. We will be paying for this until we are 60 year-old. Being human sucks.

1. Bella Vida at Ridgeview Golf Course
$715/month for 720 sf.
Pros: on golf course, complimentary yoga, nice floor plan
Cons: Too expensive for the space, located too far north in Plano
Not so great reviews..too much dog poop is the problem lol.



2. Lincoln at Towne Square
$730/ month for 821 sf.
I am neutral on this one.
A little too far north in Plano,
but I can deal with the driving.
Reviews: Almost everybody loves this place. Im leaning toward this one.


3. Trinity Square
$725/month for 811sf.
Pros: great rates, love the location- addison
Cons: ghetto compared to the others Ive picked.
Average reviews....complaints about fire ants.



4. Gardens at Vail
$734/month for 800sf.
Pros: great reviews, large apartment, love the location-north dallas/addison
pool view on second floor. w/d included
